Thermal Conductive Paste.

A two-part inorganic thixotropic sealing compound built for heat transfer. Mix 5:1, trowel a 1–2 mm layer between copper pipe and surface — gels in ~10 min, cures in 25–30 min at room temperature, then survives −80 °C to +150 °C without melting.

Application steps

Six steps, one technician

  1. 1

    Prepare

    All surfaces must be free of oil, dust and surface coatings. A light abrasion improves mechanical key.

  2. 2

    Stir

    Stir the paste container to overcome any ingredient settlement during storage.

  3. 3

    Mix

    Combine paste and hardener at 5:1 by weight (e.g. 200 g paste + 30 g hardener) until uniform.

  4. 4

    Load & Apply

    Load into an empty silicone cartridge and gun out — or trowel a 1–2 mm layer covering the full contact surface.

  5. 5

    Seat

    Press the components together so every surface is fully wetted. Gel in ~10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Cure

    Hardens by air-drying and operational heat. Full cure in 25–30 minutes at room temperature.

No torch. No certification. No specialist labour.

If moisture is present after mixing, foam may form — add moisture powder or contact our representatives. Curing time can be tuned to customer preference.
